Mario Kart, if for no other reason than the online play. They're both fun, great games, but after your beat everything/ unlock everything, at least you can continue to play online with Mario Kart.

Mario Kart by farrrrr. After like Mario Party 6 or 7 they started getting stupid. Mario Kart is just like the 64 version only with new race tracks, better graphics, and you can play online. So i would say go for Mario Kart, cause i have Mario Kart and it is really fun. I also rented Mario Party 8, and it was weird, it was totally different then the others. But its your choice so whatever you choose, have fun playing it.

Mario Kart is endlessly better. Please...please do all of us who originally liked Nintendo a favor and never buy any game with "Party " in the title...
