You can buy them from the wii shop channel, but it costs money to buy "points " - the wii's online currency. If you need help getting your wii online, watch my video. It has step by step instructions telling you exactly what to do. youtube.com/ watch?v= jWzzlm468z4 It also tells you how you can get free wii points so that you can get mario and duck hunt and not have to pay :)
